To keep your costs low, as a default we provide you a POP3 email account. This means that the mail account we have setup for you will act much like a mail drop box, in that you need to Delete mail from the server each time you Receive mail. If you do not delete mail from the server when you retrieve it into your local inbox, then the drop box will become full and will at some point stop accepting additional mail. This is the default setting for POP3 accounts in most email software applications so you should not need to change any settings. If you would like to store email on our server instead of on your local computer, contact us for pricing on additional storage capacity.
