WebWorkz Hosted Email -Quick Start Guide

Here's how to set up your WebWorkz Digital-hosted email on an email client:

Server Settings

  • Username: Your full email address
  • Password: Your email password
  • IMAP/POP/SMTP hostname: mail.b.hostedemail.com or mail.mailconfig.net

Port Numbers :


For best security and functionality, use:

  • IMAP (recommended over POP3 for syncing across devices)
  • Port 993 for incoming mail (IMAP with SSL)
  • Port 587 for outgoing mail (SMTP with TLS)

Most modern email clients will automatically configure these settings once you provide your email address and password, but you can manually enter them if needed.
